A MULTI -OBJECTIVE FUZZY DECISION -MAKING APPROACH FOR POWER NETWORK PLANNING UNDER UNCERTAINTY

This paper proposes a multi - objective fuzzy decision - making approach for power network planning under uncertainty ,which simutaneously considers not only the least investment cost,the minimum power loss,the maximum reliability,and the least environmental impacts, but also the uncertainty about the future load growth and the capital investment availability. The validity and effectiveness of the proposed approach is verified with numerical examples.     

Preparation of Electrochromic and Transparent Film of Polyaniline

The preparation method of transparent film of electrochromism polyaniline on the glass supporter is studied by a dipping polymerization. The electric and optic properities of the resulting film are measured as a function of oxidant,dopant,reaction time and temperature.The optimum technology term is obtained in the normal atmospheric temperature.The experimental result is testified by fuzzy set theory.

The problem of fuzzy evaluation of environmental pollution is importantboth in environment science and in environmental protection.Usual evaluationmethods have their own characteristics.This paper puts forward a mathematicalmodel of fuzzy evaluation method in grades by means of systematic analysisfor environmental pollution.At the same time,it assigns weighted values byordering based on paired comparison.     

The Method of Diagnosing Brain-dysfunction Based on Membership Function and BP Neural Network

Membership functions.formed with the characteristic values obtained by applying the continuous reaction time (CRT) theory from controls and heptic encephalopthy and proposedin this paper.whith these membership functions,the CRT data to be diagnosed are calculated in advance,and then discriminated by BP meural network to differentiate patients with or without braindysfunction.The troubles of low accuracy and efficiency,encountered in training BP network withfuzzy samples.scattered data and extended samples,are solved.     

Wavelet Edge Detection Method Based-on Multi-scale Fuzzy Logic

A novel edge detection algorithm is proposed by implementing fuzzy image enhancement at different scales.The implement of this algorithm can reduce the negative influence bring from the non-maximum suppression algorithm which select only one threshold.The success of the approach depends on the selection of a general fuzzy operator(GFO) for the enhancement of contrast of region after smoothing of image at different scales.Consequently,it is more obvious that coarse intensity changes are obtained at a large scale whereas the fine details of intensity changes are obtained at a small scale.A pretty performance is obtained by used this work.     

Multiple Layer BP Neural Network for Fuzzy Calculating

The FCBP(Fuzzy calculating BP) algorithm which is proposed by this paper hasovercome the sensitivity for samples,reduced the number of input layer's samples,lightened the burden of input layer.it is suitable to fuzzy inference and pattern recognition.     

Multilevel Fuzzy Theory Evaluation of the Tourism Resources in the Three Gorges Reservoir

Complexity of mutual act and different sensation of different tourists are important factors influencing regional tourism resources evaluation. Fuzzy mathematic method can be used to up quantitative evaluation method on tourism resources evaluation. Taking Wushan Small Three Gorges as an example, the author carries out the evaluation of the tourism resources in the Three Gorges Reservoir. At the same time, the authors consider that five factors, such as improvement of the comunication of tourism resources, quickening the Steps of urbanization in reservior area, must be done well.     

Fuzzy Submatroids

The structure and properties of fuzzy matroids are investigated further. By generalizing the idea of fuzzy subgraph and fuzzy subspace to fuzzy matroid, some smaller fuzzy matroids are derived from a fuzzy matroid M in the different ways. Moreover, the properties of these new fuzzy matroids are studied, and the relationships among them are also presented.     

Two-level Fuzzy Method for Evaluation of the Supplier''s System in Automobile Industry

This paper analyses the importance of the suppliers' evaluation in automobile industry. Based the conception of system, all the corporations' suppliers are regarded as an integer. On condition that the corporation has evaluated the single supplier's performance, the model for evaluate the performance of supplier's system is established, the performance by two-level fuzzy method is evaluated. Finally, the method sets with an example as the illustration.     

A Furry Synthetic Evaluation Model in Capital Structure Decisions

This paper analyzes the limitation of regarding the weighted average cost of capital as the optimal standard of capital structure in the traditional capital structure decision-making method, and analyzes the view that the capital structure is affected by many factors,such as earning power, long-term stability of operating, the attitudes held by owners and operators, the attitudes held by creditors and financial risk. With the example, the affecting factors of the capital structure is analyzed. The fuzzy synthetic evaluation model are employed to decision-making of the capital structure. This article also shows the key point of its application.
